Excellent service and friendly!
I just recently purchased a scion from Bill Dube. I had visited 4 other dealers and greatly appreciated the no-pressure sales approach at bill Dube.
The first time I went in they didn't hassle me at all, when I walked in
the door I told Brian Doyle (an excellent salesman and an overall cool
guy!) what I wanted to drive and he grabbed the keys and said "see you
in a bit!" I came back and we chatted about the car and the upgrades,
and he said "we'll be here if you need anything at all!" I visited the
other dealers afterwards, and after being hassled by salesmen went back
to Bill Dube.
Their staff is very laid back and friendly, and it's a great
atmosphere. I test drove the car 3 times and they had no problem with
that, they wanted to make sure I got in the right car for me. They went
over everything about the car in detail and made sure I was well aware
of everything I was purchasing. They also pampered me until the minute I
drove away, even buffing off fingerprints on my car right up to when I got in. I had a long chat with the manager who is very knowledgeable and
pleasant. GREAT car buying experience, I will recommend them to
everyone I know!
