I just recently purchased a scion from Bill Dube. I had visited 4 other dealers and greatly appreciated the no-pressure sales approach at bill Dube. The first time I went in they didn't hassle me at all, when I walked in the door I told Brian Doyle (an excellent salesman and an overall cool guy!) what I wanted to drive and he grabbed the keys and said "see you in a bit!" I came back and we chatted about the car and the upgrades, and he said "we'll be here if you need anything at all!" I visited the other dealers afterwards, and after being hassled by salesmen went back to Bill Dube. Their staff is very laid back and friendly, and it's a great atmosphere. I test drove the car 3 times and they had no problem with that, they wanted to make sure I got in the right car for me. They went over everything about the car in detail and made sure I was well aware of everything I was purchasing. They also pampered me until the minute I drove away, even buffing off fingerprints on my car right up to when I
got in. I had a long chat with the manager who is very knowledgeable and pleasant. GREAT car buying experience, I will recommend them to everyone I know!

My Review of Bill Dube Toyota:
They were always very polite and they worked VERY hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I never felt pressured and everything went the way I wanted! I left with the best possible deal in my eyes and they went out of their way and I believe they didn't make much, if any, out of the sale. It wasn't your typical sales experience... I liked it!

a wonderful experience - and I love my new car. I did not feel pressured to buy in any way. Ryan knew from my on line choices what I was looking for. We scheduled a visit and he had 3 different cars for me to try out. He listened to me very carefully and did not try to talk me into anything.

John O'Connor was outside assisting people. He was extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke to him. He showed me the vehicle and within a week my husband and I returned to purchase a 2010 #2 hybrid. Ownership paper dating was a problem. Garage Service staff are outstanding. I would ask for John when I buy my next car. He is a gentleman and knows his vehicles.

This was a great experience. My husband and I (with our baby and dog!) stopped by the dealership late in the day to drive a used minivan. We were on our way north for a few days and had been shopping for a 2009 Sienna for about a week.

We arrived at the dealership, and were driving the car within 15 minutes. The price was competitive, and the staff was very very friendly. They obviously like their jobs and each other, and work hard. It does feel like a family business.

We purchased the car, and will recommend this dealer to our friends looking for a Toyota.

I was very impressed with service. No games! Bought a brand new Toyota Yaris. Got a great price, warranty etc. I have never had such great service buying a car and I have bought a few cars over the year. I would highly recommend Bill Dube Toyota. It was a little bit of a challenge to get me qualified I am sure, but they did it without causing any stress to me.

My Review of Bill Dube Toyota:
not only were these two very helpful, but they tracked down the Urban Runner that i was looking for and never gave up hope even when i did. if that was not enough Michael Martin (salesman) found $40 that i hid in the visor and called me letting me know about it. i cannot say enough nice things about them.
